Privacy Policy Our Privacy policy is simple. We don't give out any information regarding any of our customers. Ever. Return Policy If for any reason you are not satisfied with any product purchased from Msquared, contact us withing 30 days for a return authorization. Write the RA number on the box and ship it to back to us. Return authorization will be granted provided it is within 30 days of the invoice and the product is in new, unused and undamaged condition. After 30 days there is a 15% restocking fee for all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Turnkey karts are subject to a 15% return charge. No returns on electrical parts. Security Our shopping cart is secured by a Thawte SSL Certificate. SSL stands for Secure Sockets Layer, a security protocol developed by Netscape for managing the security of online message transmission. If you wish to place an order for shipment outside the United States, please call 801-972-4631 to make arrangements. As of January 1, 2002 we do not accept credit cards for orders outside of North America. Non-North American orders must be prepaid by money order, cashiers check or bank transfer. International orders are quoted F.O.B., Salt Lake City. Billing Information-IMPORTANT! If the billing address provided during the checkout process does not match the billing address of the credit card, we will be unable to process the order.
